Intermediate Pilates

Challenge your mind & body with a series of exercise designed to come from the core. The exercises in class are designed to change your shape and create more strength as well as range of motion. People will notice you look different! This class is geared towards participants with previous Pilates experience or already an existing client in other Studio Fitness classes.

Fitness has been a part of Lynda’s life for many years so it was a natural next step for her to become a Personal Fitness trainer. She is also a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor.

She currently teaches:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates Mat
  • Reformer
  • Yogilates
  • Spin and weight training
  • and offers one on one Personal training.

She believes in a holistic approach to personal fitness and finding the right balance for your life because that is what life is about. She also has training in Ergonomics and emphasize the importance of correct body alignment in all exercises. To complete the balance, she completed the nutritional training and is certified to offer nutritional advice. Lynda finds Barre training a good addition to attaining a balanced body.
